We had an excellent family stay at Alila Diwa Goa and would happily recommend the hotel, particularly to families travelling with young children.
One of the standout aspects of our stay was the exceptional care shown towards our son, who has a nut allergy. All the staff were aware of his dietary requirements and went above and beyond to ensure he was well looked after. The chefs and restaurant teams took his allergy seriously, preparing excellent food for him and making us feel comfortable and reassured throughout our stay. This level of attention and care made a real difference to our holiday, and we are extremely grateful.
The swimming pool was another highlight of our stay. It was excellent and a fantastic place for the whole family to relax and enjoy themselves.
We would particularly like to recognise the following individuals for their excellent service:
* Jisnu – Spice Restaurant
* Chef Amit – Vivo Restaurant
* Chef Keerath – Vivo Restaurant
* Aditi – Vivo Restaurant
* Priston – Vivo Restaurant
* Frederic – Vivo Restaurant
* Adarsh – Lifeguard
The only minor area for improvement was housekeeping, which was occasionally a little inconsistent. For example, hand soap and shower gel were not always replenished. However, whenever we raised this, the team responded promptly and resolved the issue.

The property was beautiful, so clean and nicely decorated but the staff were the best thing, really made the trip special, in particular for our 7 yr old
