The location of this resort is very good, and we really enjoyed the breakfast options. A special mention to the restaurant captain, who was very friendly and cooperative throughout our meals.
**Disappointing Stay - Severe Cleanliness and Maintenance Issues**
I had a highly frustrating stay at this resort and would not recommend it. We booked two rooms and specifically requested ground floor accommodations, but the resort completely failed to fulfill this request.
The cleanliness standards were unacceptable. There were cockroaches everywhere—both inside our rooms and throughout the main restaurant area. Our room (Room 10) was in terrible condition; the flooring was completely damaged, and the bathroom was nasty, dirty, and poorly maintained.
For the price paid, the lack of basic hygiene, broken infrastructure, and failure to honor booking requests made this a terrible experience. Avoid this place until they do a major deep clean and renovation.
