Love the location, just a few mins walk to the beach area. If you’re lazy, there’s a buggy driven by Augusto (nice guy!). Big hotel and super quite. Our room faced the pool area. The breakfast buffet was nice. The staffs are awesome! Attentive and respectful. Room is nice for two persons.
The pool bar needs a proper bartender to man it. The bartender looks like he was misplaced there. His mixes were not even good. There’s another guy that manned the inside bar which I think is much better. He should have manned the pool bar I think. Other than that, no complaints.

we really enjoyed our stay. Easy to use as a base to travel around. Also excellent to stay and just swim in the pool. Very relaxing, not too busy. Staff really helpful. Food excellent.
the hotel advertises that it has gluten free food and it is shown on the website as having this. This was also a reason why I booked. As a coeliac I really have to know what I am eating as I get very ill if I eat gluten. Most of the time, nothing was labelled and staff had no idea. They really tried their best but sometimes I felt like I couldn't try different meals because no one could tell me what was in them. I really think that if you advertise something, you need to properly train your staff. I will add, what I did eat and we were able to work out was safe for me, was really lovely.

Property/ location is good. Mr Shomit (from front desk ) and Mr Chandra (Chef team) were helpful.
Overall response was very slow. There were issues with room which we informed reception and room service but no proper solution was provided. We have suggested for room change or upgrade (chargeable ) but surprisingly there was no response. Full money was debited before our arrival. Also fluctuations in electricity was annoying(we were informed that it was due to state government )
