The property is amazing, well-maintained with clean premises, pool with a bar area, perfect lawn with palms overlooking a green field, access to the beach right across the road. The room was clean, TV had channels in English so we could be entertained during rainy days. We booked stay with breakfast and dinner and were not disappointed - the food was amazing! Buffet breakfast had great variety with dosa and omlette cooking stations, dinner was served a la carte with delicious options. Waiter Kiran always made us feel welcome.
We were granted not only late check in, but access to the late dinner and even gifted us some fruites to kick start our stay. Evening shift manager is very professional and caring. (We forgot his name unfortunately)
The FnB staff kept banging on our door during our stay for 3 days straight to pick up some unused cutlieris and plates that could've been removed during the cleaning. Craziest part that they kept doing it even after we told them through the door not to. It stopped only after the talk with front office.
Other than all other personal is very friendly and professional.

Great location, close to a beautiful and largely deserted beach. Hotel arranged a great transfer from GOI airport for a reasonable cost. The staff are great, trying very hard to make our stay comfortable. The restaurant and breakfasts were very good.
The rooms are tired and dated. The beds and bedding are not as booking.com advertise (and charge £££) as five star. To be fair to the hotel, they don’t call themselves 5* - it’s the platform. We checked out ten days early, because we couldn’t sleep because of poor beds, bad soundproofing and very loud parties.
