The staff were friendly and the place was clean.
Very dated, air con did not cool the room. Garden poorly maintained - long grass around the pool, scum around the perimeter of the pool. The whole place is rather tired. Only stay here if you have a car. We are fit and do a lot of walking but it was a trek in and out of Lucca that we didn’t want to do every day.

The lovely women running the B&B were so kind and helpful and service really great breakfast! We really enjoyed our stay.
Nothing about the place but it is a 30 minute walk into the center of Lucca, just good to know.

Great communication - keys and clear instructions left for out of hours checkin.
Room spotlessly clean.
Fridge in room, although could have been colder as could the air con.
Good breakfast.
Pool area spacious with pool towels provided.
Quiet - could not really hear any other guests.
Walking distance to Lucca.
Some beautiful pieces of old furniture around communal areas.
Small but adequate bathroom with plenty of hot water.
Ample free off road car parking.
Felt extremely safe in local area as in Lucca.
No drinking glasses in the room.
Mattress could have been comfier.
An honesty bar would have been nice.
On some days all sun beds were in use.
Would have preferred buffet breakfast rather than every item being served, although staff were always attentive.

The location was supposed to be close to Lucca. You could not comfortably walk.
There was a terrible sewer smell in the bathroom. Unbearable.
