Localização excelente e o anfitrião nota 1000! muito prestativo, nos explicou tudo, nos deu várias dicas, nós mostrou o quarto q era lindo, muito confortável, a pena é que ficamos apenas 1 dia!! Vale muita apena e super recomendo!!

Our host, Carlo was incredibly helpful, kind, and reliable! Throughout our stay, he assisted us with any question or request—whether big or small—regarding the accommodation, local sights, restaurants, or even more personal matters. He responded quickly via WhatsApp, and we could easily get in touch with he in person as well.
The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and perfectly functional, featuring a beautifully renovated, modern design.
I recommend it to anyone planning a trip to this area. The town itself is beautiful and charming—and not the sort of place where you can barely move due to crowds. You can walk from the accommodation to the edge of the old town in like 10-15 minutes, though there is also a bakery and a pizzeria nearby, and a larger supermarket is easily accessible by car. We would like to thank our host for the experience; he contributed significantly to our pleasant trip, and we plan to return in the future—we would definitely book with them again!

Il gestore è una persona molto educata, disponibile e gentile. È preparato su locali, ristoranti, cosa vedere o fare a Lucca ma anche nei dintorni. La camera è in una posizione comoda sulla strada che va a Pisa e a 5 minuti da porta Santa Maria ( vicino all' anfiteatro). Camera spaziosa per 2 adulti e una bambina, con mobili essenziali per appoggiare scarpe, valigie e appendere qualcosa. Un frigo piccolo ma ottimo per bottigliette e con una piccola cella freezer ( per i ghiaccioli da freezer ottima). TV piatta che va in internet, un bagno comodo con una mega doccia. Balconcino che si apre dal bagno, quindi comodissimo per arieggiare il bagno e anche per stendere eventuali magliette o altro in caso di bisogno (io ne ho avuto bisogno avendo lavato a mano una maglietta di urgenza). Molto bene insonorizzate le stanze perché pur essendoci altri non li abbiamo sentiti ( e mi auguro loro noi visto che mio marito è mia figlia sono molto rumorosi:-) ). Con parcheggio adiacente. Ogni comodino aveva una presa libera, più una in fondo al lettino e una in bagno. Asciugamani in più e carta igienica nel cassetto.... (Che non guastano mai). Possibilità di farsi un tè caldo. Il mio letto ( ho dormito da sola nel singolo e che bello che ho fatto senza nessuno che ruba lenzuola) era giusto per come sono abituata e anche il cuscino. Tapparelle automatiche che consentono di chiudere tutto se non si ama la luce, e soprattutto aria condizionata comoda e ben funzionante che ci ha salvato le notti. Come posizione a qualche minuto un Eurospin e un Conad, una pizzeria buona e un bar dove fare la prima colazione con i buoni. Lo consiglio caldamente

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, comfy bed and big bathroom. The location is fine, walking distance from downtown. The free parking option was good too. The host was incredible and fast responsive. Great place to stay in Lucca.
You can hear easily the noise from next room, but not a big issue.
