Muy buen hotel. Las habitaciones muy buenas y amplias. Unica sugerencia que tengan cafe en todas las habitaciones. El Personal de la recepción podria ser mas amable, pues cuando hice la sugerencia en el check out, la srita que me atendio me dio a entender que como estaba en la suite mas economica, esa tarifa no aplicaba para tener cafe en la suite doble. Como si fuera muy barato el hotel de por si. No me gusto la forma en que me respondio. Creo que deben estat atentos y recibir constructivamente las sugerencias de sus clientes. De resto todo el personal estuvo maravillosamente amable y cordial.
Trato de la recepcionista al momento del check out.

El Santuario is an amazing property and the perfect place to relax. The panoramic views over the lake and mountains are absolutely breathtaking, both during the day and at night. The pools are beautiful and make the most of the spectacular surroundings.
The spa was one of the highlights of our stay—truly top-notch, with a peaceful atmosphere, lovely facilities, and incredible views. The entire hotel feels serene, stylish, and very special. A wonderful escape that we would happily return to!
Because I initially arrived with a work group and later extended my stay on my own, I was not informed about the many complimentary activities (yoga classes, therapeutical paintings, meditation classes, fire shows, etc)available at the property. Fortunately, Liliana and Elena from the restaurant were incredibly friendly and later explained everything in detail.
There was also one occasion when the hot water had no pressure. However, after I informed reception, the problem was resolved within 5 minutes. Things can happen anywhere—the important thing is that they are fixed quickly! :)

The hot tub was not hot nor comfortable.

The staff was very nice and the room had a great view of the lake, the hotel have many activities
Dinner wasn't good (quality of the food) and the worst part was that my wife got really sick the next day with diarrhea and stomach pain all day, even my self didn't feel good at all.
now here is the problem, the hotel doesn't have any basic medicine for this situations and the worst part is that I had to drive more than 40 minutes just to get to a pharmacy and back.
of course this ruined our whole weekend and we had to leave.
Just one more thing that I think is very important, inside the room there was a small pool and it had a lot of broken glasses laying in the bottom of the pool from a broken bottle, we didn't cut ourselves and we took as much as we could out of the pool, I think the hotel should be more careful about this situations.
