Cleanliness, great location, early check in, friendly day staff (manager), very accomodating regarding breakfast box.
Comfortable room
At 12 midnight one of our party was using thw toilet but noticed the door had locked itself. We had to go to reception (as there was no one picking up the phone) and the night porter came to check the issue. He was using bad language in italian as he struggled to open the door, he failed to do so. He told us we must use the toilet on floor -1 even though our room was on the second floor. He was very rude and said he cant do anything about our belongings inside and i asked if we can get a partial refund to which he replied 'no, nothing i can do'. He then said he will make a call to the manager and came back with a lovely maintenance man who took the lock off the door. The night porter was so rude to us
I used google translate to speak to him but he was impatient and not accomodating! He told us the hotel was full and its not his problem(when the door was still locked)! I dread to think if a small child ws locked inside! This was dangerous
I felt all other staff were lovely and enjoyed our stay prior to this. He definitely degraded the quality of our stay.

The location of this hotel to the Sanctuary of Saint Padre Pio and to a local bus pick up/drop off was excellent. Breakfast was decent and the breakfast room staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was quiet. I would opt for this location again.

They did provide breakfast to go and the room was clean.
They didn’t have towels but thin bedet linens.The blanket was stiff and thin. The room was hot and the owners were abrupt.
