The property is in a really nice neighborhood, close to shops and public transport. It was really quiet, most of the days we had the pool area to ourselves and never once felt like it was overcrowded

Great place for a quiet and peaceful stay. Beautiful palm trees give shadow all day round. There were enough sun-beds and sun umbrellas for all guests. Free parking outside the premises.
Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, big bathroom, cosmetics.
The stuff was very kind and helpful.
Many ants, especially around the pool. Dishwasher was hardly cleaning anything. TV was very small. Beds were fine for 5 days but more it's hard to have a good sleep. We spent almost 2 weeks and due to the beds it was not perfect, but fine.
To sum up - some of the facilities require change for new ones.

Restaurants/bars were not close by but we knew that before travel and we were happy to use the bus or Ubers to get into Alicante centre

This is an exceptional complex. Well maintained throughout our stay. The highlight has to be the pool. Shaded well with palm trees and ample space to enjoy. No more then 4 families at any given time at the pool which made for such a lovely relaxing environment. Certainly one of the more private communal areas we have encountered on our many travels throughout Europe.
Apartment very homely. AC top class. All the self catering requirements that you possibly need.
Genuinely cant fault this place. They have thought of everything. Lastly but not least, have to say Carlos was top class. Never to shy to ask if we required anything. Top Class communicator and person.
Overall 10 outta 10, Exactly what we wanted for this trip to Alicante. We will certainly be back some year in the future.
