The hotel facilities like the pools, spa area, lounge area are good
The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful
I chose the hotel because it was on the edge of the resort and adults only thinking it would be a quiet location. Unfortunately some of the AI adults became noisy.
The decor is dated and some of it is just shabby and not finished professionally.
Whilst I recognise that it’s a big task to cater for many, some of the food was unappealing and the water container was always empty.
