The staff were great very attentive. The pools were clean and great. My daughter loved the slides.
I would say more staff at lunch and breakfast. We found sometimes we were waiting for drinks at them times.

Having stayed at several hotels across different islands, I can confidently say that this property stands out. The food, service, pools, and overall atmosphere are all beautifully considered and perfectly orchestrated.
The greatest credit, however, belongs to the staff. I initially began noting the names of those who were especially kind and helpful, only to realize that I was writing down the name of almost every person we met. The warmth, professionalism, and genuine care shown by the entire team were remarkable.
A special thank-you goes to the Guest Experience team, who consistently went above and beyond to accommodate our wishes and make our stay truly memorable.
A flawless experience from beginning to end. 10 out of 10. We will most certainly return.

Location is isolated, if you are looking for complete escape with comfort, this is the place.
No mosquito nets in the rooms, in the evening either you will need to use AC, which is inconvenient during the night, or get swarmed by mosquitos, annoying.

The hotel is nice - the different pools were nice. The kids club was outstanding and if it wasn’t for the kids club staff we would not have enjoyed our stay but their energy kindness and enthusiasm helped overshadow the incompetence we encountered elsewhere.
My son has allergies. We asked to speak to a chef to understand our options this never happened. The buffet allergens were not correctly labelled often missing off serious allergens like dairy in the scrambled eggs. It was downright dangerous and incompetent. Nobody could give us a straight answer and no chef ever emerged to help us navigate this:
