Excellent location, fabulous hotel with beautiful food and facilities. Amazing for families.
We were not instructed on arrival as to what you actually get with half board as in what drinks are or not included. We found the staff quite rude and made us feel really uncomfortable with regard to this. Clear explanations at check-in are definitely needed. Also very few of the staff spoke English and one shouted at my wife one evening in Spanish. The hotel itself is fantastic. A little curtesy and friendliness would go a long way.

Lovely clean and fresh hotel. Great position just above the beach. Good facilities and animation team who were not too pushy.
Meals are good with plenty choices but a bit like a school canteen in ambience. Fruit juice is truly awful and best avoided.
The fruit juice! 🤮

Loads of facilities for family/kids
It felt a bit delaminated in places. Broken tiles etc round the pool and areas which need painted
