Great hotel, not too big, large selection of food, great beach at low tide (though not directly next to the hotel), no shelter from strong winds on the beach (e.g. rocks), very friendly staff, nothing to do in the immediate vicinity (except surfing/kitesurfing).

From the very beginning of our stay, it was evident that your team operates at a level well above industry standards. The welcome we received was not only warm and professional but also executed with such genuine care that we immediately felt we were in excellent hands. It is rare to encounter a staff so consistently committed to delivering exceptional hospitality, and it deserves to be acknowledged in the strongest of terms.
What struck me most throughout our visit was the consistency of service across all departments. Whether at the reception desk, in the dining areas, housekeeping, or general guest relations, every team member carried the same standard of excellence. Each interaction was characterized by a remarkable combination of efficiency, attentiveness, and kindness. No request was ever considered too small or too complex; instead, your staff approached each situation with patience, professionalism, and an eagerness to ensure that our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
There were several moments that highlighted this culture of going above and beyond. For instance, whenever we made a request—be it for information, adjustments to our accommodation, or simply recommendations—the responses were not only prompt but accompanied by an attention to detail that far exceeded expectations. These were not isolated incidents but rather a consistent demonstration of a team that anticipates guest needs and takes pride in surpassing them.

The hotel is very modern, classy and well-designed. The personal are also very welcoming and always ready to help. The cleaning staff did an amazing job keeping everything in order and tidy. The highlights are definitely the cats, they are so cute and friendly, and it is relieving to see that they are well fed and taken care of. The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable, too. However, the lighting in the room is very dim, and the bathroom is a bit dated and the air conditioning can be loud due to the aged machines. The breakfast becomes repetitive after 1-2 days. The drinks are on the pricy side too.
The landscape is just out of the world, with sandy hills on the one side and the beautiful long beach with lagoon and crystal clear ocean on the other. It can be very windy, but it is worth it.
Overall a very nice and special experience.
