Food choice was superb, pools and facilities were excellent and grounds were beautiful and well kept, staff were very happy and helpful (with the exception of one miserable guy) rooms were well equipped and the cleaning service was superb
Spa was closed for refurbishment, not near to any nightlife or nice shops, cafes etc, local town was small and very quiet, one of our bedrooms smelt foisty and damp, the bottom of the main pool needed some maintenance work done on it

The swimming pool and activities are nice.
The room was not properly cleaned before check-in. Everything in the room is old and looks nothing like the pictures shown when booking. There was no coffee machine or glasses, and the fridge was still dirty. Overall, the room did not meet our expectations.
