Recht harte Matratzen leider.

The proper was great. Perfect location, clean comfy rooms and lovely pool. But the staff were very rude. I took a couple pool towels one day and the receptionist Sandra came out 5 mins later and shouted at me like I was a child for taking them when she wasn’t there. I complained to the manager who did nothing about it nor did I get an apology from Sandra herself. If you want to be treated like you’re in school with crazy hotel/pool rules then stay at R2
The staff were rude and treated not just us but most customers like Children. I heard multiple people get into trouble for ridiculous reasons
