The location is excellent, right in the center of San Cristóbal and within easy walking distance of the main square, restaurants, shops and pedestrian streets.
The rooms were quite average, and we were a little concerned about the overall hygiene. The blankets did not feel particularly clean, and the first room given to us had a very unpleasant smell. However, the staff were helpful and changed the room for us promptly, which we appreciated.

LOCATION WAS GREAT, CENTRALLY CABLE STONE WALKABLE STREET, RESTAURANT AVAILABLE AT THE HOTEL AND ALL AROUND A LOST OF RESTAURANTS AND CAFE JUST ACROSS STREET - ONLY PEDESTRIAN STREET NO CAR IN FRONT OF THE HOTEL - VERY QUIET -CONFORTABLE
NO MINIBAR OR HAIR DRYER IN THE ROOM - THE ROOM WAS DARK AND THE BLANKET ON THE BED VERY DARK AND VERY OLD - PROPERTY NEED TO BE UPGRATE - JUST BY CHANGIN THE BLANKET COLOR AND ADDING FEW PILLOW AND HAND HAIR DRYER - WILL BE A GREAT DIFFERENCE -
