Hotel stupendo con un patio davvero incantevole. Dispone di un parcheggio privato che si chiude con un cancello. Situato in centro e vicino a una churrería. Stanza ampia ed accogliente con un grande armadio per appendere i vestiti. Bagno pulito e funzionale con una finestra. Buona anche la colazione con pane tostato e marmellata e uovo con prosciutto o salsiccia.

Todo es impecable: desayuno buenísimo, hotel precioso, colonial, con toques azules, patios de época, todo limpio e impoluto, muy cerca del centro, así que se puede ir y venir en un momento. Además, Javier el gerente es un joven atento, resolutivo y servicial, todo lo que le pedimos lo solucionó con diligencia y prontitud. Me he alojado en muchos sitios en San Cristóbal a lo largo de los años, pero sin lugar a dudas ahora mismo elegiría preferencialmente este Hotel Palacio de Moztezuma
Todo me gustó. Ciertamente que el internet a veces no funciona, pero ocurre en muchas alojamientos, no tiene buena calidad el servidor. El gerente está valorándolo otras opciones, como internet satelital.

The hotel is beautifully decorated, very clean, and the staff are friendly. You are just a few minutes' walk to the center of San Cristobal. Highly recommend!

One thing I would say is that all the staff really tried. It’s a big hotel which needs an upgrade and more care, the staff however responded very well to any of our requests. Even the waiter prepared us to go breakfast (not great but the thought was there).
We liked having breakfast in the patio, in the sun in the mornings and we also enjoyed sitting by the fireplace in the common area!
The decor around the hotel is very beautiful, and so was the view from our room and around the hotel!
Unfortunately the photos don’t look the same as the rooms you get (they are missing nice touches on beds), so I recommend that hotel updates their photos otherwise it’s a bit deceiving.
At first we were given a smaller room than we booked so we asked for a change. I was travelling with my friend and her mum — so they put us in a family room with 3 beds.
My friend’s mum injured herself on a nail sticking out of the wall on the way to the bathroom, the shower only had hot water on the first day (the rest of the time it was luke warm), and I didn’t have a great experience sleeping as I got bit very badly. I still don’t know if it was the bedbugs or something else?
Also the breakfast was good but the waiter would charge us for liquid milk to go with our coffee and didn’t always wanted to serve us outside?!
