Tucked away on a off street in the central area, made if feel quiet and downtown was a very short walk away. Family room was perfect for us and for our short stay. Thought it was great value for money.
Parking was an extra small cost. Seems there are only two out front of it so when booking it may be a case of get in quick if using your own car. (This isn't a didn't like really, but wasn't clear when booking)

I stayed in Room 10 which has a new en-suite bathroom, the room heater was much appreciated as well as big smart TV
Tea/coffee replenishment and fresh mugs would have been welcome, that said I’m sure they would have been provided if I’d asked

It was available.
It’s okay. They take pictures of passports with a phone and it’s kept there. I was told that they erase them after, but a single phone with all the sensitive info is not safe.
No elevator, but at least only 3 flights of stairs. No aircon, but the fan was sufficient.
The toiletries are possibly the worst I’ve used in a hotel, but plenty of towels at least.
I just have gotten way more value out of the price range in other hotels.
