Location, view and service.
The valley facing suite was very compact and comfortable.
Restaurant manager Ms. Saheli and the Chef were wonderful while serving in the dining hall.
Observatory is beautiful, worth climbing all the way.
They had fun group activities.
We stayed in room 410 and the access was very cumbersome, involving two different lifts. Room service needs improvement. They seem to be stingy in keeping water bottles. Food served in the room was very mediocre and very expensive.
Small inexpensive items like hand towels, hand shower, tissues etc can be added in the room for a good value addition.
The property has no complimentary high tea option, though this was advertised at the time of booking.

It is located close to town and in a good surrounding…the views from property are very good.. staff are very caring and friendly .. they provide quick service . Food is very attractive , and tasty .. presentation of the buffet is very pleasant .. special mention about Logeshwari and Harish Babi .. they were very helpful..

Good - the staffs are very helpful and pleasant at the front desk. Breakfast spread is pretty good really enjoyed the fresh fruits. Rooms are spacious with nice valley views.
Bad - Rooms though spacious are outdated with old furnishings. The quality of mattresses and sofa are poor. Tv is so old with no options to watch your favorite language wanted to watch football which took them 2 days to get done.
Google Maps took me through dangerous roads to reach there. Called and emailed them like 5 times but no reply. No way to reach them to ask for help unfortunately. Also got my car scratched through the narrow road.
Play area though meant for guests seems to be more enjoyed by staffs there so loud we could hardly sit and enjoy.
Worst part during checkout they don’t accept cash for the food we had !! There is no mention on the desk or anywhere.
