The villa was quiet, and offered good privacy. The location was convenient, with a few nice seaside restaurants and beach clubs nearby. If you have a car, Naoussa is about a 10 minute drive away, making it easy to get to the town while staying in a quieter area. The member who checked us in was nice and helpful and later he provided us with some recommendations in paros which was nice.
Before our arrival, I contacted the management team through the messaging portal to ask whether the Grand Villa had a washing machine, and they confirmed that it did. However, when we arrived, we found that there was no washing machine. Instead, laundry service was offered at €20 per bag. The management later acknowledged that the information provided to us had been incorrect, which was misleading and unprofessional.
I also noticed that there was no safety deposit box, even though it was listed as one of the villa’s features on Booking.com. After contacting the management, they explained that a previous guest had lost the key and the safe had been removed. When I explained that we needed one, they provided a replacement the following day, which we appreciated. However, it would have been better if this had been addressed before our arrival or communicated in advance.
Communication with the management team could also be improved. Responses to messages were often delayed, and before our arrival I had to send multiple follow-up messages to receive the information needed for the check-in process.
Finally, on our last day, the housekeeping didn’t clean the villa appropriately and some used towels were left under the bathroom sink, which was disappointing.

Nice architecture and exterior areas.
No amenities outside the room, pool area without any service , no service at all apart from cleaning. Not a beachfront property.
