Staff polite and the room had a good space
There was an event in one of the hotel lounges with loud music that was perceptible from the room, since we were facing the open area, even with the windows closed. This caused that we couldn’t sleep until the music stopped around midnight

Over price, for what the property is. Good at the restaurant not the good. However, freak fast was good.
Pool opens later than scheduled. Hallways needs cleaned. Bathroom door was stained whit what appears to be soap residue.

The hotel was built in the 1970s but it is very well-kept. The rooms are large with a decent balcony that fit my family of 4 with no problem. The hotel is well-located, just a couple blocks from the old town, which allowed us to walk everywhere.
We were not informed that there will be construction/ renovation two doors down in the corridor. The construction would go up to 10pm somedays and disrupted our sleep. The breakfast buffet is huge and varied, but the quality is ok. The coffee was just meh, which is striking for a country with such good coffee and a city with so many extraordinary coffee shops.
Most staff were warm and helpful, but there was one lady that kept looking at my LGBT-family as it were the scorch of the Earth and committing a capital sin. Sorry lady, I could not care less for your opinions and you should be more professional if you want to work in hospitality.

El Staff es muy cordial y atento con los requerimientos que se realizan. En todo momento son muy serviciales.
1) Estuve viajando con un adulto mayor y por lo regular los hoteles tienen la cortesia de dejarme entrar 1 hora antes de la hora de ingreso. Aqui me realizaron un cargo de US$10 por cada hora no importando si ya habian pasado 15 minutos. 2) La suite que me dieron tenian olor a humedad, al momento de mi ingreso tuve que abrir las puertas y ventanas para que el olor saliera. 3) El desayuno tiene mucha variedad pero deben incrementar control de frescura y calidad, ya que la comida estaba fria y un poco dura
