Hotel Rosi, another great experience in life!

Der Super Mercado ist ganz in der Nähe und auch alle Bars und Restaurants. Das Wasser zum Duschen war schön heiß und in dem Bett habe ich sehr gut und entspannt geschlafen. I'm TV gab es viele spanische Sender zu sehen. Es ist auch echt cool und neu für mich, dass ich den Check-In draußen vor der Tür an einem Automaten machen könnte und alles einfach mit Karte bezahlen konnte. Auch dass ich mit der Chipkarte einfach jederzeit hinein und hinaus gehen könnte, fand ich prima!

Dass es dort kein direktes Personal vor Ort gibt, mit dem man beim Einchecken eventuell sprechen kann. Es ist niemand da. Aber das gehört wohl zur Unternehmensphilosophie ihres Hotels. Und dann hat noch draußen im Garten des Nachbarn in einem großen Baum fast die gesamte Nacht eine Eule oder ein Nachtkauz sehr laut und nervig geschrien. Es hörte sich an wie eine Alarmanlage. War es aber nicht.

Very dissapointing, over priced and sterile.

not much, bathroom and bed were ok and it was clean

No staff at all, noisy residents, thin walls, banging doors, continuously disturbed, no glasses or cups in rooms, curtains don’t keep light out, no fridge or any facilities for preparing a snack or drink, no human being to get assistance from.

Perfunctory room located about 10 minutes’ walk from the historical centre.

Automatic check in was efficient. The accommodation is located about 10 mins from the historical centre of Laredo. There is a laundromat located around the corner.

The room was basic, but it could have been cleaner. There were scuff marks on the walls and stains on the bed cover. The room could be better maintained.

Noise noise noise noise

Walls and floors are paper-thin. You hear every (and I mean every) sound from rooms above beloe and alongside. Screaming kids, conversations, footsteps, furniture moving and the rest. Your sleep will be disturbed. They threaten to charge your card for cleaning after smoking in the room. I don’t smoke but what’s to stop these rogues using your card details? Their threat is illegal.

Clean, quiet, good location.

It was quiet warm and humid in the room at night, but if I opened the window, mosquitoes came in. Either a screen on the window or an overhead fan would greatly improve comfort.

Quiet, comfortable room in good location

Quiet location not far from the centre. Room was clean and comfortable.

Prefer a friendly face to automated check in but it was easy to contact staff with queries. A hair dryer in the room would be good.

The hostel is in a great location and it was nice and clean.

There was a self check in system, but the guy from the reception ended up checking us in. Seemed pointless.

they say masks are mandatory but they themselves don’t even follow the rule. when you need their help for checking in; there is no one there to help you. walls are so thin you can hear a person snoring down the hall.

Served our needs

Check in was easy and everything was clean. The location was great for our needs.

It was quite noisy at night both outside and inside the hotel. The bed and pillows were not at all comfortable. The sink was very poorly designed and water would spill out over the edge when turned on.

No fuss reasonably priced accommodation, friendly staff and good location.

The self check in procedure might have proved to much for non Spanish speakers as it was in Spanish only.

great location close to beach & bars

clean decent size rooms very easy walk to beach bars and restaurants. great value for money. reception very helpful in showing us how to check in

prefer more space & better secure parking for bikes (rack in foyer) easy for ferry next morning
