We stayed at the hotel from September 3–5 and returned again from September 8–9.
During our first stay, we were very pleased with the room assigned to us and had a great experience. We particularly liked the bathroom, especially the bathtub, which made the room more comfortable.
However, during our second stay, we were assigned Room 305, and unfortunately, the room was not at the same standard as our first stay. I noticed that the toilet flush button/handle was cracked

The restaurant’s food was very good; had breakfast afternoon tea and dinner there and the staff were very nice and helpful.
It lacks a bit of cleanliness. Our bathroom was not clean properly. There was hair in the shower. It was not removed for our whole stay.
