Good location with easy access to major shopping street. However, rooms in desperate need of updates and modernisation. Staff very helpful. Breakfast buffet is small but good in variety with a live station, plus complementary high tea is a bonus.

Clean room. A bit small. No window. Staff was wonderful and helpful. Afternoon tea was a great perk. Breakfast was very good. Excellent amenities. Phone chargers... great location.

We had some room issues and a booking glitch (the latter was my fault, the former no one’s fault) right when we arrived, and the staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful. Even though the hotel was quite full, they managed to move us and were really kind throughout our stay. Ms. Thao went above and beyond and Mr. Thomas was also incredibly thoughtful.
