Excellent receptionist who looked after our every need...thank you! Comfy room, if a little small, with excellent a/c and en suite. Excellent location in quiet street near the centre with fantastic 'sreet food' restaurant (Bep Me In...Mama's Kitchen with a Twist) two doors away opposite a craft beer bar!

After a bad experience at another stay called Ben Thanh Hideaway - A Cozi Stay, I decided to move to Piano Hotel back again after a year. Very happy with that decision. This hotel lies perfectly to all the places I want to go and all the necessary facilities are within three minutes by foot.
Oanh is an amazing host. Very helpful and friendly and I was happy to meet Oanh after a year again.
The rooms I’ve had are perfect, the location is excellent and the price for this hotel is absolutely reasonable.

Lovely small hotel in a great location in the District 1. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful.
The room was smaller than we expected but it wasn’t a problem.

You get exactly what you pay for (for Saigon prices), a good bed and a good shower, which are generally clean. That would be about it as well.
We stayed for three nights, and came here for some rest and to explore hcmc. For the rest, this is not the place. The room we were in was extremely noisy.
- on the first and second day, there were renovations going on in the hotel. Resting during the day after exploring is impossible due to loud construction noises.
- apparently, the hotel staff allows people to play the piano in the central hallway from 7am, which you will hear in your room. On top of that is that the music during the breakfast area also starts around this time. Sleeping in is not possible.
