Our stay in Yasmin Bodrum Resort was great. We asked for a transport service to and from the hotel, and they did help us. They arranged it with ease.
When we checked in, everything was done so smoothly and fast. We were given information about the hotel and how we can do things.
“Cemale Hanım” who is the head of guest relations deserves a big thank you as she was not only so helpful but also very kind. She always had a smile on her face. She did ask me about how the holiday was going, and when she learned that I was a bit ill, she told me to contact her if I ever needed anything and did check on me to see if I was alright. Thank you so much Cemale for making our stay and my birthday a great one! 🤍😇
The hotel had many events and activities, and was full of food and drinks. The hotel had a complimentary welcome set consisting of cookies and macaroons, which I could not even eat considering it being an all inclusive hotel.
They also did send me a birthday cake on my birthday - no candles though, and to be honest, it was not very tasty and was full of sugar. 😊
