Large room. The view. The dining options. The Pool.
The lack of air con or even a fan given the inclement weather conditions. A very hot July.

Great location - good restaurant after a long trip. Comfortable roomy accommodations.
No hot water the first night and difficult to get air circulating in the room. Overly zealous breakfast management regarding check-in, table assignments and table clearing. Not representative of a 4 star establishment.

My daughter and I stayed here for two nights and I have to say that I was very happy with the hotel, staff and the comfort of our room. The view from our room was amazing. We dined both evenings in the hotel and the food was delicious.
Nothing to complain about at all.

This hotel is in a wonderful location, set in magnificent scenery, with Mount Errigal in the background and within easy reach of Glenveagh. The food here was also good. Breakfast in the hotel was pleasant, and dinner in the bar next door, which is part of the hotel, was also good. Staff in the hotel restaurant and in the bar were pleasant and efficient. Standards of cleanliness are good. The swimming pool was of a good size and well managed, though its opening hours were a bit restricted.
Our main problem with this hotel was the size of our room, which was very small. There was barely room for us to move around in what was a very compact room indeed.
