Room amenities were branded. Shower head and hairdryer were excellent. Refa brand.
Got the bigger room, so it was bigger den most hotel rooms in japan.
Staff were friendly and polite.
Location was very near to main train station
No gym. But thats me being picky

Friendly hotel staff and very professional. Location is perfect for those travelling by train. Amenities are more than adequate. Rooms and hallways are always clean. We have been here twice and will definitely comeback again once we visit Fukuoka.
There is nothing to dislike in this well run hotel.

The breakfast was great, and the restaurant attached to the hotel was really nice and quaint. The lack of space of the room was offset by the very nice staff and the location. I would stay there again. Also very close to the train station, walking distance.
