Right in the Kotor old town... it's a great location and ambiance. The decor fits the city (historical naval fort) very well, and it was very clean with a super comfortable bed. Wifi is excellent. Having a washing machine was really nice, and overall I enjoyed my stay here. It's good value, good location, and good atmosphere.
*Some complained about the noise... it's going to be like this anywhere in the old town. I could hear music etc in my room, but it wasn't a problem for me and I slept really well. You could also bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.
**Some complained about the smell of cigarettes... I think this happens when you open the window and people smoke in the alley (not because anyone has smoked in the room). If you close the window, it goes away.
It was a pretty hostile welcome :( I rang the bell outside for about 20 minutes (sweating) and nobody heard me. Finally connected to wifi from the bubble tea shop next door (I recommend!), and tried enter the door code, unsuccessfully. Staff accused me of trying to break the door and was told that I did not, in fact, ring the bell at all. I imagined it?? Lady tried to apologize later, but after that I was reluctant to ask the staff anything, and just kept to myself.
Also, I think having proper curtains on the window would be good. They are a bit sheer.

The location is really well situated, clean and well displayed.
Kitchen utensils, a sieve and pans to cook were missing.

Location was amazing. Jelena was always happy to help and replied really quick. Check in and check out easy.
Bit noisy in the evening, and you can hear noise from the other rooms.

Location
The toilet seat was very uncomfortable to sit down, and toilet was really smelly. I understand its in the old city but as a guest obviously there should be some expectation.. the room got literally no mirror, that was a biggest shock. And we were there for 4nights , only 2big towels were given and 2hand towels. The pillows, blankets were really smelly.
