We stayed in a spacious studio room with a small kitchenette. The location is superb, with a supermarket nearby, and the breakfast had a nice variety. Our room also had a Lavazza coffee machine, and there is a free coffee machine available in the lobby, which was a nice touch.
The main issue was sleeping comfort. The mattress was very hard and seemed to lack a proper comfort layer, so we could actually feel the springs. The pillows were also extremely firm.
For light sleepers, it is also worth noting that in our room the curtains did not fully block the light from outside, and both the air conditioning and the refrigerator were quite noisy.

The location of the hotel is good, nothing in the city was very far away.
The room (#204) was large enough, clean and was quiet during the night.
The cleaning staff were very attentive and made sure I had what I needed.
There is no on-site reception person from 10pm to 8am, you have to call an off-site person if you need something during those hours.
During the week I asked them to arranged for a taxi to pick me up on Friday (at 4:45am) for an early flight at the airport.
A half hour after taxi was supposed to arrive it still had not shown up.
Called the off-site reception and they told me the taxi had been there, it had not.
Had to go across the street to another hotel to arrange for a taxi.
They advertise that there is a phone in the room but you cannot make outside calls from the room and they can't/won't transfer a call from outside to your room.
I had someone try to call me and the hotel wouldn't put the call through to my room nor did they pass along the message from the person who called to let me know that they called.
