The location is super convenient in the old town accessible to everything the room was nice (the architecture was lovely)
I wish there was more direct contact with staff would be nice to have a familiar face and talk to people but from the text they seem nice

For my minimal needs (one man, business travel, just coming to sleep and leaving early the next morning), it was perfect. Clean, simple, nothing fancy, does what was promised.
For my purpose and for this money, everything was Ok. I've got exactly what I paid for.
