The ease to reach the hotel.
The possibility to drop bags for free in the morning before check-in time to do city walk.
The lock on the door is numeric and hotel rooms are well equipped
If you miss the floor, you can find yourself in the hostel not a hotel. That can scary you as rooms there are designed for co-living, shared toilets and so on.
Some people may have problem with train noise from the station as hotel is just a building on the railway station itself.

Отличная локация - транспорт практически во все направления от гостиницы , рядом автовокзал и жд вокзал ,старый город с хорошими кофе и ресторанами ,рядом есть супермаркет . Номера чистые без излишества , но есть все необходимое , включая холодильник и большой бонус - это кофемашина в холе .Хорошая бюджетная гостиница .
Такого не было.Я останавливался второй раз в этой гостинице и всегда был доволен .

The location was really good, I really liked the interjer and the room with the balcony. Free coffee was a really pleasent surprise.
I did not like the bathroom. The showercorner door was broken and it was covered with black moss. Also, water in the sink did not drain. We did not find wifi password in room and the breakfast was poor, only option was omlet with cheese and ham. No such options as in the menu in the hotel room.
