The room is big and nicely furnished, the bathroom has heating so even in colder months it is a good option;
Great big common kitchen room as on the photo! There is tea, etc, waste separated, very clean.
Location is very close to the train station and you can walk easily; at day time there is a restaurant next door and the Citywave arena for surfing indoors, also a nice yard to sit or even play with kids outside.
Only if arriving very late at night keep in mind that it will be dark and there is no other building open. Just follow the instructions the host will send and it will be easy to find.

Very new and clean, great kitchen facilities
They put me in the wrong room which I had booked and when I asked to move, they ignored my email and the staff put the phone down on me saying it was not her problem.
