Very good

The food was good variety and plenty the hotel is on the beach. The staff was nice and very helpful

The beds not comfortable, too low it looks like you sleep on the base and the mattress is missing. My husband s 2 m tall so was not good at all The pillows too high It does not meet the criteria for 4 star hotel You don't get the sun bed on the each

Pretty good value for money, nice warm people

Good location, clean, good looking, good food, nice reserved beach, nice pool at the hotel, few parking places

Not a 4 star hotel, slow moving elevators, old lock with key for door, not with electronic door locking, cheap small television sets and poor program list, very few people from the personnel were English speakers, only speaking Bulgarian, sun beds and umbrellas on the beach not included in All Inclusive package, chap alcoholic drinks

Food was good. Animation for little ones was really good and little one enjoyed it. Housekeeping is exceptional,always polite caring and professional! Location is really good as access to the beach is so so convenient.

The restaurant can benefit from some improvements and focus on cleanliness.Coffee machines were not available in communal areas so you were restricted to have coffee early in the morning unless of course you buy yourself and make it in the flat. There is kitchenette in the flat but no cutlery etc if you decide to make yourself something quick. I also found reception not that helpful with exception of 2 people who were really professional. 1 bedroom flat suite is pretty basic, the tvs are really old and there wasnt a good reception of the satellite tv so we needed to use Google chromecast to have some entertainment while we are resting.

Exceptional

We loved our stay! The hotel is perfect: beachfront yet in a peaceful location, with friendly and very helpful staff and panoramic view of the sea. Our studio with a balcony was spacious and comfortable, with a little kitchenette, a sofa and a table for 4. Great food too! It was wonderful to enjoy our meals on the restaurant terrace while admiring a spectacular sea view. The hotel even has a small cinema with 4 movies every day (2 for kids and 2 for adults). We definitely want to visit again.

Location, the diversity of meals. Good and professional staff, although they were young. Cleaning every day, entertainment for the children and family. We recommend 100%

The quality of the gym was poor, but that's only for my point of view.

I would definitely recommend if you are looking for stree free holiday with food and drinks included

Prime location, friendly staff, excellent food. However, rooms would benefit from some refurbishment and staff could focus on cleaning mould in bathrooms.

Excellent hotel with excellent location, extremely clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly, helpful and approachable. The food was delicious and the choices were plentiful. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone! It was the perfect place for our vacation and we would definitely stay there again!

I loved it!

The hotel is lovely. My room was very clean and had all the amenities I needed. The bathroom was very large. I am more than impressed with the large selection of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner - very big diversity! Fruit and vegetables were fresh and delicious, the desserts tasted homemade, the cooked food was amazing. The beach is right in front of the hotel and was very clean. The poolside was great for lounging in the afternoon and I loved the cocktails at the bar! The staff was very friendly and helpful with any inquiries I had. I was taken aback with how lovely I was treated by the staff from my arrival to my departure. This hotel is definitely a treasure and I will visit it every time I need a holiday at the Black Sea. They have truly won my heart!
