Toller Pool auf schönem, sehr gepflegtem Grundstück. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Salvatore ist bei Fragen immer ansprechbar und sorgt dafür, dass die Gäste sich wohl fühlen. Insgesamt ist alles sehr ordentlich und sauber. Ausreichend geschützte Parkplätze vorhanden. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war super!

Die Einrichtung in unserem Zimmer war schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Außerdem war das Zimmer für vier Personen etwas zu klein. Ausflüge zu Fuß, z. B. zu einem Restaurant o. ä., sind schwierig, da Fußgänger nicht wirklich vorgesehen sind. Die ganze Nacht ist Hundegebell aus der Nachbarschaft zu hören. Wer keinen festen Schlaf hat, sollte definitiv vorsorgen. Natürlich haben die Gastgeber auf die letzten beiden Punkte keinen Einfluss.

Perfect place to stay, hosts were extremely helpful and generous.

The garden & pool area (pool could be cleaner) are very relaxing and not too far away (with your own transport) there is a quaint promenade with good restaurants. Breakfast was basic but ok.

We arrived after a long day of travel and due to a misunderstanding, there was no one to open the gate for us - check-in is at 4pm, too late! What we did not like was the attitude; when we first phoned they said they were sanitizing, then on the second call that they were out for lunch, so clearly a lie. Quite unprofessional and not the right attitude to run a business. It was blistering heat and the reply we got was 'E chi vi apre?' (Referring to the gate, not the room, for we were willing to wait by the pool). If you are too tired or lazy to run a business, then don't. We had 2 nights, so ended up from spending less time at the B&B: from 4pm on check-in to 10am on check-out. Will not make this mistake again, especially for the price we paid.

The B&B has a very clean , fresh and modern look , also the pool is an excellent addition , but most of all I did very much enjoy the friendly & helpful attitude of Laura and her staff , thank you all very much and I would happily return on my next visit ..

The TV is not up to the generally high standard of the B&B..specially the sound ..

The young woman who was there to serve breakfast was kind and friendly. There was way too much food for breakfast. She made boiled eggs on request although in Italy this is obviously very unusual. The pool area and yard are very well kept. The host was very friendly on arrival but not at all after I had messaged them about the noise. The bedroom and bathroom were clean but very outdated. If you were just going to spend your time at the pool or patio it is fine, especially as there are many things to do within 20 min drive. I should have been informed that there was no staff on site after check-in.

Check in was 4pm which left little time to enjoy the pool the first day. Loud party with fireworks at the direct neighbor until after 1am the first night. The host was not at the property after check-in and I and another woman were alone at the property all night. The window to the bedroom is large and has no lock so I did not feel safe sleeping with it open. The property is gated from the road but opens onto farmland from the back. I messaged the host about the noise next door and got no response until the next morning. You cannot go for a walk as the long road is basically single lane and not meant for walking. I did not feel safe alone there at night and did not stay the second night although I paid for it.

A nice B&B a little bit off-road. A lovely garden with a great pool. Everything is just a short drive away. The beautiful city Noto, great beaches like Calamosch and Fontana Bianche, must see Cava Grande and the most cute little seaside resort Marzamemi. And also Syracuse is only a 30 minute drive away. The hosts Serafina and Franco are lovely people.

The staff was amazing and supported us in everything we need. Friendly, empathetic and always ready to help.

Room was a tad too small for the price charged.
