This was really a good experience, approximately two blocks from the Vatican, 70 m from the train station, around the block from bus transport. The room was neat and adequate. There was a deli where we could buy food at next to nothing and the breakfast provided at Gregorio was lovely. Our host, Gabriela was super nice! this place would definitely be recommended and should I ever go to Rome again, this is where you will find me.

Feels like home. Great hosts. Felt like I went to visit relatives. Great location away from busy tourist areas. Although close to Vatican. Few minutes from St Pietro train station. Buses everywhere and a market place behind. The hosts are the nicest people I ever met in Rome. It’s a simple cozy place.💕

Property manager cum owner is a nice person. Close to St. Peter’s Basilica. Carrefour express store next door.
It is sold as room with triple bed but the third one is just a simple light weight folding style one. The room had a stink due to the bathroom. Not sure what was the cause is it due to drainage but the smell was very strong and unpleasant. We had to keep the balcony door open to let the air manage the stink. The ac was a tiny one and it could not keep the room cool as the summer heat was very high. Although breakfast was included but most of the time we didn’t have it as it is room served after 8am and all our tour tickets where for 8:30am or 9am. Basically, there is nothing much to talk about the breakfast as it is just 1 croissants n coffee. So if someone thinks the cost includes breakfast then maybe one fifty euro a night is not worth the stay and spend.
