Good location. 5 Very close to the Vatican. Lots of restaurants around. Too bad the rooftop terrace was closed.

Staff, especially the gentleman on early morning shift was very helpful, very supportive and gave us good information about our travel. Toilet is not too hygienic - insects were found. I was expecting soap be in a dish and not left on its own wrapper.
