Very good

Very comfortable big bed and excellent pillows. Quiet at night for a good night sleep. Enough parking in front of the property on the street. Very friendly staff and owners. We loved the ambiance of the whole property- very exceptional!

To my mind the garden needed a bit of a trim, especially the grass. Breakfast was good but could be improved with fresh fruits, different kind of eggs and Müsli, nuts and seeds. Our room had a bad smell which the owners said to investigate and take care of.

Would have liked to have stayed longer

Our host Rui was such a welcoming and helpful host. The home is very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. We got great sight seeing and restaurant recommendations and he even helped out with where to go when, depending on the weather. Don't hesitate to book!

The rooms have a very decent size with a spacious bathroom and shower. Every day the linens are washed and the room is cleaned from top to bottom, breakfast has a lot of options and the hosts are very friendly and give out a lot of information.

Country life is great but sometimes we had to do some bug hunt when we got to the room :).

Rui the host was incredibly kind and welcoming and the house and gardens were incredible! The kitchen always filled with local and home cooked treats, the house adorned in hydrangea blue decor and with a stunning garden with many cozy areas to unwind and cuddle with the cutest kitties.

Good place to stay on São Miguel

Very cozy place with a beautiful garden and pool. Rui was a very pleasant host. Everything was perfect. We felt very comfortable here, it was like we are visiting an old friend :)

I would be more happy if there were vegetables for breakfast :) But actually breakfast was very delicious, with fruits, coffee and local foods!

Lovely details everywhere

Loved the garden with it's beautiful plants and cozy details everywhere. Rui is a perfect host who makes sure you have everything you need. He gives excellent advise on the island, speaks different languages and welcomes you in the morning with a lovely breakfast. Muito obrigada Rui. Adorei a estadia.

Fantastic Property! Amazing host!

The accommodation is beautiful. We had one of the rooms at the pool. The whole property is created with so much love to details and it really appears like a little oasis. Rui is an amazing host who really cares and makes sure you have an unforgettable stay in a familiar atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Very well kept, beautiful room with very nice quality bed and bathroom. We slept very well indeed ! Great breakfast and a extremely knowledgeable host who gave us lots of great recommendations about what to do and where to eat.

Can’t think of anything. You do really need a car to be able to stay there though, remote but beautiful.

Rui is an amazing host

If you want a little bit of quite and calm, this is the perfect place to stay! Rui welcomes you in his beautiful Quinta with the sea at its feet. Rooms of a good size and beds too, the garden deserves a detour with its charming hidden scenarios, you will be enchanted.

Sadly if you don’t have a car, it’s quite difficult to go around because all the restaurants and tours are not accessible by foot but Rui provided us a solution with delivery or can easily guide you to the taxi driver of the closest town. So… enjoy your stay!

Rui is a fantastic person who will help you a lot with recommendations. The house is well decorated, very clean and comfortable.

It will be much easier if you have a car to be able to get there. Otherwise the only option would be to take taxis.

Thé situation is excellent to cover the whole island. We have been greatly welcomed by Rui, who is also providing excellent advices for the excursions taking the weather conditions into account.

Great place, great price, great host.

The rooms had a coherent and cozy atmosphere and were very clean. From the living room you have a serene view of the farmlands and the ocean. Every morning the host arranges a very nice breakfast. During the breakfast the host more than happy to share his recommendations of activities to do on the island if you would like to.

Great stay with the best host

the whole house and Our appartement was really pretty and decorated with great taste, the view from the eating room to the ocean was amazing. the breakfast was also really good but Our best experience there was the host Rui who spend evry breakfast some time with us to check the weather and help us plan the best possible trip for the day. Thanks again!

A piece of paradise!

Excellent facilities, well located in a country setting. Large, clean and well furnished rooms. Great breakfast in a varanda with ocean views. Our host went far beyond the call of duty to assist us with tourist tips and advice and made us feel truly welcome.
