The pool, and the whole exterior part is just amazing! Ideal for family or group of friends, the barbecue area, sitting area, the pool - which is being regularly cleaned means so so much especially when you are with kids.
Two points:
1. Small yellow ants - I know this is Mallorca’s “issue” rather than the owner or house issue; they are only in the kitchen, but are so persistent we had to throw away a lot of food. Everything needs to be in the fridge otherwise they will get inside of every bag.
2.Air conditioning- restricted only to night use. If you are with smaller kids that have daily naps inside, I must say it’s not ideal solution.

The interior of the property needs some investment & TLC. The locks on the bathroom doors are broken; there are no oven trays to use in the oven; the pillows are of a poor standard; the details said that beach towels were included but there were no beach towels; the ceiling lights in one of the bedrooms do not work; the shower screen above the bath does not have appropriate trim so the bathroom floor was awash; the shower mats are old and very stained. All of these items would take very little money to resolve. The outside area and pool are great - as is the location.

El exterior de la casa es muy bonito, la ubicación perfecta.
Es una casa de verano, en invierno hace mucho frio. Los colchones son antiguos de muelles. La chimenea no funciona.
