About this condo rental
Situated in Holmes Beach, this charming condo for $182 per night is a great option for your next trip. Enjoy quiet sunsets from your private screened balcony at this two bedroom two bathroom third floor condo with preserve views. The large kitchen with breakfast bar is well stocked with everything you would need for preparing small meals to family dinners. The living room is furnished with a flat screen, and dining table with seating for six. The living room also opens out to the balcony through large sliding glass doors and furnished with a small table and chairs. Back inside to the first of the two bedrooms is a guest bedroom furnished with two twin-size beds and TV. This room also opens out to the balcony through large glass sliding doors. The guest bathroom has a large vanity and tub/shower combo. Continuing on to the spacious master suite furnished with a king-size bed, TV, and has a walk-in closet. The en-suite bathroom has a large vanity and shower. The community offers a heated pool open year round and is centrally located just minutes walking distance to a grocery store, shops, restaurants, and most importantly the beach. Anna Maria Island and the surrounding area has an extensive number of options when it comes to fun in the sun and water sports. From renting a boat, fishing, or relaxing at one of the beach front restaurants, Anna Maria Island has a lot of island life to experience. MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS: 1 week minimum reservation required and Saturday to Saturday during peak season. Association application and approval needed prior to reservation acceptance.

We really enjoyed our stay here - not only because we got engaged!!! But the condo was very nice and clean and we would definitely stay here again! The heat advisory made it feel a bit warm inside having to keep the thermostat at 73 degrees but overall we truly enjoyed our stay here!

We were 2 couples, each couple had one room and one bathroom. One couple had to sleep in single beds but okay for a week. The place is well maintained and clean. Short walk to the free trolley and to the Publix which has everything you need.. Kitchen has everything you need but no barbecue available. Short distance walk to the beach. A large cooler on wheels was available which we used to bring a lunch and drinks to the beach. We would of liked to have 4 beach chairs to bring to the beach with us but they had beach towels. Balconey is very nice. Air conditioner works well. A few staircases to get to appartement but no problem for us. Quiet building and neighborhood.

Wonderful location . Very nice place . Condo pool excellent. Only negatives the 3rd floor steps are tough no elevator. None of the 3 tvs work right. That was frustrating . For the most part I would recommend it and we would stay their again.. The steps did give us all a much needed work out.

We loved our stay at this condo! Everything was perfect… especially loved the kitchen, counter island & living room. Couches super comfortable. Perfect layout with lots of room. Washer & dryer brand new! Very clean!!! Would highly recommend & would stay again without hesitation! Siesta Key rentals were extremely efficient… impressed!

Need to change listing to say that there are 3 flights of steps with no elevator. For people with back problems or other issues, this is a problem that could be a problem. Should say there is no elevator. Also, sheets in master bedroom were dirty. New mattress is definitely needed. All great besides that.

This condo was in a great location and had all the facilities BUT the bedding on the king bed was shockingly awful. The bed pad was stained and the sheets were rough and bobbled. We had to provide our own. This is so easily remedied and not expensive given the price of the property.

We did have issues with the wifi which we understand has been a problem for the owner. I am happy to say that they ultimately found the real problem and we didn't have any issues after that was fixed. A few highlights for us: beach walking, visiting several preserves (Robinsons, Perico, Neals, Leffis & Emersons). We cooked most of our meals at "home" and enjoyed the patio overlooking a preserve where we saw many fun birds flying by. We did eat out a few times (outdoor dining) and we were happy to see that everyone was masked up and tables separated from other guests. Our favorites include: Swordfish Grill in Cortez, Anna Maria Oyster Bar in Palmetto, Island Grill on Bridgestreet. As far as Covid goes, we felt perfectly safe. Lots of mask wearing, visible sanitizing at stores and restaurants,etc. I would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone!

Great location and unit nicely updated. When we arrived the internet and cable tv was not working. A maintenance guy came out fairly quickly and he got the tv working but internet did not get working until afternoon of next day.

Really lovely property. Easy access to the shops and a 10 minute walk to manatee beach. The free trolley is a great way to get around and explore the island. Some me great places to eat like the Ugly Grouper and Mr, Bones. And you can get a draft beer for $1.50 on the Rod & Reel pier, and sit and watch the dolphins. Beware of the 'no see ums' some kind of sand gnat that loves to bite people! Only advice is to get your essentials at Dollar Tree rather than pay 4x price at Publix. It is a fantastic place and we will definitely go back

This Condo was absolutely lovely. Be warned, though! It is on the 2nd floor, which means 3 flights of stairs, and there is no elevator. I did not realize that until we got there, and by the time we had suitcases and groceries carried up those steps, I thought we were going to need an ambulance! Not a place for seniors with a cardiac history. The kitchen was well stocked, if a little worn. We had a problem with the garbage disposal and the ice maker wasn't working, but someone came 1st thing in the morning after I reported it. Turned out the ice maker was just verrrrrry slow. Pick up a bag of ice if you want an adult beverage on arrival. The bed was really comfortable, very nice linens and towels. The tech was wonderful, smart tvs for movie channels, and even the connection for listening to an audio book from my phone. The best part of the day was my morning cup of tea and a book sitting on the balcony and looking out over the mangroves. The location is perfect! Walking distance to the public beach, Publix, and many restaurants. The trolley stop is close, and the Monkey Bus is great for a late night return home. We would stay here again (if it weren't for the stairs!)

Loved the porch overlooking the mangroves! It was a great spot to read in the morning and enjoy my cup of coffee. The location was conveniently located near Publix and Dollar Tree so we could easily pick up an item on our walk to the beach.

My wife and I, and our two small kids, had a great week here. The apartment was really nice. Very clean and well equipped. Enjoyed pool very much, though it was not heated the last three days. Perfect location on a lovely island. Walking distance to beautiful beach, grocery store and restaurants. We did trips to Tampa, St. Petersburg and Sarasota, which all were really nice. Plenty of room for just the two of us. Appliances worked well. Clean! Kitchen was stocked with basic supplies. Mattress in Master Bedroom needs replacing as well as sofas in LR. Shower faucit needs replacing. Also a bathmat needs to be provided. Nice to have a garage but steps can get exhausting. Sliding door was not repaired. It was off track. Nice little lanai;quiet and shady.
