Situated in Holmes Beach, this attractive condo for $170 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. We welcome you to our beautifully remodeled Anna Maria Island vacation rental condo! Summer of 2020 brought many updates to this lovely unit from the floors to the linens. The kitchen adorns stainless steel appliances, gorgeous new countertops and loads of kitchen accessories to prepare meals indoors! Spend a week or more and fall in love with this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom second floor condo just a few minute walk to the sandy white beaches in Holmes Beach on Anna Maria Island. This spacious, coastal condo is perfect for a family of four and is a conveniently located near stores and restaurants. It is set in a paradise like setting with lush landscaping and a community heated pool with lounge chairs and picnic area. In Beach View #7 you can relax and enjoy television in the living room or from the bedrooms. Complimentary WiFi is also provided. If you are looking to experience pure relaxation, Beach View is the place for you! The master bedroom provides a king size bed and a queen in the guest bedroom both have their own T.V.'s. In addition, a pull out sofa in the living room allows two more people to sleep. The master bath has a large walk in shower. After a day at the beach, unwind on one of the two screened lanais just off the living room and master bedroom. The nearby public beach has volleyball courts and playground equipped with swings. Here you’ll also find Anna Maria Island Café serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. They have a small Tiki Bar serving beer, wine frozen drinks and a gift shop that sells beach attire and souvenirs. If you're looking for a quiet and peaceful Anna Maria Island vacation property, this could very well be the one for you! Parking is limited to two vehicles. Restaurants and shopping are located within walking distance. No Pets and No Smoking. Accommodates up to 6 people. Minimum Stay Required: 1 Week. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. * Cancellation more than 90 days prior to arrival will receive a deposit refund less a $250 cancellation fee. Cancellation less than 90 days prior to arrival will forfeit all deposit received. Cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival will forfeit all monies on account. We had a lovely relaxing 19 night stay at Beach View #7 and a very favourable experience dealing with Florida Dreams Realty; we had a couple of issues on checking in and they sent Kevin their lovely maintenance guy round almost immediately to resolve what turned out to be our ineptitude coupled with jetlag I think!!The condo is very comfortable and has everything you need. We loved the two lanais and pool which is where we spent most of our time. The location of being so close to the beach, trolley and Publix was also a positive for us. Almost don't want to post a review and keep this gem a secret!

Anna Maria Island is a dream vacation spot. Since our last stay in 2015, the number of visitors seem to have tripled. But AMI is still a wonderful old Florida style vacation location.The team of Florida Dream Realty of AMI is very, professional, helpfull und customer-focused. Despite some issues with the vacation home, which was beyond their control, they immediately did everything they could to assist and appease the problem. We had a wonderful time. Everything was as it should be at the condo. Spacious and very well set up with updated kitchen. Great! Location. Has everything we needed. We couldn't get the Wi-Fi network to show up on our phones. Wasn't a big deal as we have unlimited data but not sure what was going on with that. Hard to get the shower water temperature to adjust to not too hot or not too cold in the master bathroom. Clean but is probably due for a deep clean dusty behind the beds and in the corners. Loved the lanai's and the pool came in very handy because of the red tide on our last 2 days there.Thermostat complicated and difficult to understand. Had to call for help with that but maintenance man was quick to arrive and helpful.

This condo was amazing even being on the 3rd floor. It was clean, plenty of room for the 5 of us, had a washer & dryer, and tons of beach amenities! We also loved the screened in patios. The only thing that was a little inconvenient was the electrical outlets in both bathrooms didn't work. We were close to the beach and having Publix across the street was a huge plus. Overall, 5 stars!

The grocery store is directly across the street. The beach is about 1.5 blocks walking distance but there is a wagon to load up all your supplies. The kids loved the pool. You can sit on the lanai and have direct view of people in the pool. Lots of space with a KING bed, QUEEN bed and the couches. Nice furniture and beautiful kitchen. Highly recommend this condo.

The condo was located on the center of the island. We loved being near the grocery store and Skinny's (for burgers) and we didn't use our rental car all week. The central location made it easy to get around on bikes all week (and not get stuck in traffic). The beach was a five minute walk and very convenient. The condo seems to have been recently renovated. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, there were thoughtful details like a drying rack for wet beach towels. It was nice to have beach towels, chairs, and a cart provided. We got a lot of use out of the two porches and the water in the pool was nice and warm. Overall just a really nice place to stay on such a beautiful and fun island.

This was our third trip to the island, but first time without a rental car, due to the high price of rental cars. The condo was just perfect! Great location, clean, comfortable, in a very quiet area, short walk or bike ride (2 blocks)with no traffic to the beach. Loved having the pool and the two screened in decks with ceiling fans to relax on. Beach Bums supplied us with 2 beach cruisers and Jeanne from Anytime Transportation was our ride from Sarasota Airport. Thank you Florida Dreams Realty of AMI and Beach View 7 Condo for a wonderful and much needed vacation in 2021, after getting through 2020! We will be back!

Close to the beach
The property is not new but well equipped and clean. We found the property very nice furnished. The sofas are very comfy the kitchen is well equipped. Only the beds are a little to old but they are ok . The contact to the property manager was absolut perfect. The location is great. Just a short walk to the beach about 3 minutes and also 3 minutes walk to publix. We did enjoy our stay very much

The unit is in need of updates: towels and linens are old and need replaced, carpet in bedrooms need cleaned or replaced, bathroom rugs need laundered, bed pillows old and stinky. Kitchen well stocked with appliances, dishes, etc., furniture was comfortable, welcome bag was appreciated. 2.5 blks from beach, could use a wagon to haul beach items.

Four of us stayed at Beach view #7 in Anna Maria island in August 2019 and it was perfect! Everything was clean, well maintained, and had a perfect location to the beach and stores. Pool was great and basically had it to ourselves which worked out well since we had family visit us with the kids. I can't say enough about the management! They were PERFECT! Answered every inquiry we had. But what I especially appreciated was how eager they were to help with whatever you needed. I accidentally left a remote control for my fire stick in the bedroom. I emailed them about it. They told the cleaning service to look for it and bring it to them. They contacted me and mailed it back to me! I payed for shipping of course but wow they were great!
The place has two screened in balconies which was nice. It's in the 3rd floor but didn't mind the exercise. There is a nice path you can walk on the beach and beach cafe. Spent every morning eating breakfast there on the beach! Some table are on the sand, nice touch! The all you can eat pancakes are a must. As is the coconut shrimp!
During bad thunderstorms the neighborhood tends to flood a bit but it's fine, it drains out by next day, kind of neat though.
Overall, it was everything we could have hoped for. Thx FDR for a perfect stay!

This rental was perfect! Upon arrival we had no issues And The house was nice and clean. The location of the condo was the perfect walking distance to the beach and also located right behind the publix so it was easy access for grocery shopping and anything else we would need . The neighborhood was very nice and we had no issues with other people in the condo it was very quiet. The pool was the perfect size for adults and children. All around I would definitely stay at this condo again! Also there is a closet that has beach chairs umbrellas and boogie boards and also two coolers that you are free to use the only thing it did not have that I wish we had was a wagon to carry all of it to the beach .

This condo is for sale. We had to leave the house twice so it could be shown by an agent, which is hard with a 2 year old. There were ants coming out of the sink and the air did not feel like 74, it was very hot.

We’ve stayed at this property once before in 2016, but it since has been updated! We loved the updates they did and thought everything was very nice and clean. I loved that we didn’t have to go to an office to pick up a key - instead, we were able to enter our rental using a code to unlock the door. That was super convenient as we didn’t have to carry a key with us to the beach! One of my favorite things about this property is that it’s located directly behind Publix, so anytime we need something we can just walk right over. It’s also a short drive to our favorite restaurants on the Bradington side and also at the Anna Maria point. The first day on the beach during this trip was beautiful! But unfortunately there was smelly red tide after that. I was so thankful to have the pool at the property so we could still relax and enjoy a vacation by cooling off in the pool! It’s about 2 blocks from the beach, but there’s a paved path most of the way, so the walk really isn’t long. The condo also has 2 balconies, so there’s lots of privacy if you’re splitting the place with family or friends. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!
