I was there before, it is a nice hotel with everything, but it is overpriced.

The hotel and the employees exceeded our expectations! The room was spacious and the Spa area had everything. We had various massages and we enjoyed it a lot.
The quality of the bed sheets. That is a minor detail though that is not affecting the whole experience.

Food is excellent as is the spa. Rooms are very comfortable and clean and staff are all very polite and friendly

i called before to ask for massage they said No reservation needed. when we got at the propeerty and wanted to have a massage, they said we should have booked in advance. not nice!

Friendly stuff, spacious rooms, clean and nice in general.
Spa area is too small in comparison of hotel area. We stayed one night and it was not possible to have massage in wellness, in this case good to have notification during booking to avoid potential disappointment for customer.

We love this location. It has a lot of activities. The room was big, clean, we had free coffee, water, tea.
We love the gym, massage sessions, restaurant.
Hope in the future we will also use the pool.
Sometime there is a not so pleasent smell in bathroom.

Loved the massages I had, really relaxing. Also, the saunas were awesome and the breakfast was more than enough. I need to mention I particularly loved the big fruit arrangements in the morning at the buffee. Also, all the staff were extremely nice, starting from the front-office who asked if I need help with the bags and ending with the Spa receptionists. I would have loved an indoor swimming pool but that's just because I arrived at Sky Blue in autumn. I do need to mention the outside pool was extremly clean!

perfect location of the hotel, not far from nearest shopping mall, direct road to Bucharest. Newly designed rooms. The hotel has everything; spa, restaurant in its territory and very friendly and helpful staff.

Very positive and friendly staff, both in reception and in the restaurant.
The water pressure in the shower was very poor, and in my opinion NOT good enough for this kind of hotel. Used to traveling in Western Europe but rarely see this kind of low pressure in the shower.
Too bad there was no water in the main pool. I understood there had been incident to be taken care of.

Breakfast really good, staff are friendly and always open to help .
This time was moody water in the pool and I have issues with air conditioning in my room.

An true 5 star hotel with an amazing gym and spa.
The AC didn't work for our first room. We asked to switch room and were accommodated. Unfortunately, the AC in the new room wasn't strong either but was only Ok
