Camera este spatioasa si frumos amenajata.
Am rămas dezamăgită de atitudinea personalului atunci când am solicitat curățarea scaunului de masă pentru copil, care era foarte murdar. Solicitarea a părut să deranjeze, iar din bucătărie se auzeau injurături și discuții.
Din păcate, nu a fost singura dată când am auzit discuții și limbaj nepotrivit provenind din bucătărie, în special din partea bucătarului, lucru pe care l-am considerat neprofesionist și neplăcut.
Curățenia în restaurant și la micul dejun ar putea fi îmbunătățită

Un alt minus a fost apa din piscina mare, care era destul de rece. Ne așteptam să fie încălzită.

Far from the hustle and bustle of the area, the hotel offers panoramic views over the mountains and woods.
The Deluxe Apartment was great, very spacious, warm, and well-equipped. Both the breakfast menu and the hotel restaurant met our expectations.
The pool is just as good, and the foam party was the best part of the weekend for the kid.
Really, nothing to complain about. Maybe the exterior playgrounds need a bit more attention, because there were things that needed to be fixed.

The pool was warm, but the air was a bit cold
The breakfast was ok, not great, but you could find something to eat
The food at the restaurant was good
The beds were comfy and big
The carpet in the room was disgusting
The heat in the room is horrible. You cannot set it. During the night the room is tooooo hot 27C :-|. You can stop it..but you cannot set it at 24C for example. We closed it and all night was 26C. Horrible. We slept really bad

Unannounced party organised at the restaurant kept out small children up late.
Mostly unavailable restaurant due to the above.
Toilets in the spa area not available - not informed.
Toilets in the restaurant are - not working properly.
Overall, I think we were bothering with our presence there 😄
