The rooms are spacious, and very comfortable. Everything is clean and very welcoming. Rooms have a wonderful view to the Caraiman. The food was really great, and they offer a tasty breakfast. The staff is kind and ready to help, making a visit completely easy flowing. You feel like in a family.

Reception staff knew nothing about the skiing conditions and opening hours for the lifts.

The location and surroundings were really great, the terraces and the coffee in the morning.
We appreciated the staff at the reception and the cleaning personnel, who were attending us.
We lost a lot of time being set up, as the executive room we got was without electricity or water. I would have expected this to be fixed and checked prior to our arrival.
By the end, we moved to another room.
In the evening, we went for dinner at 21.35 - 21.40, knowing it was served until 22.00, but the personnel in the restaurant refused obstinately, despite having with us 4 children (2 were ours).
So, we had to look for a restaurant in another town, making us lose time, energy and ... good mood.
Lastly, the swimming pool is so small that it looks like a bigger jacuzzi, or a small pool even for children (the water is also only 1.20 m deep).
Overall, we didn't have a good experience at this hotel and we believe it is overrated with 5*.
