Hotel Noucentista

I absolutely loved my stay. Daniela was fabulous – such a warm and welcoming host – and all the staff were genuinely friendly and made every effort to make my stay memorable. My single room on the second floor was surprisingly spacious, spotless and very comfortable, with a large clean bathroom and a lovely view over the quieter streets. I slept really well. The room had everything I needed, including air conditioning, a fridge, kettle, coffee and tea. I especially loved the thoughtful extras for the beach – beach towels and even suncream available for guests. Those little touches made it genuinely feel like home. The location is superb: central and convenient for the beach, shops, restaurants and the main shopping area, yet peaceful enough to relax. It was the perfect choice for my first night in Sitges before moving to a double room the following day. I would happily stay here again.

There is no lift, which may be worth considering if you have heavy luggage or mobility difficulties. It didn’t affect my experience though – I soon started treating the stairs as my daily exercise!

After spending my first night in the single room, I moved to the Double Room with Terrace for the rest of my stay – and it was brilliant. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable, with a large double bed, ensuite bathroom and everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The highlight for me was definitely the private terrace. It was a fantastic extra space, with seating and a sunbed where I could sit outside, relax and enjoy some quiet time. It really added another dimension to the room and made it feel even more spacious and special. As with my previous room, I really appreciated all the thoughtful touches around the hotel – air conditioning, fridge, kettle, tea and coffee, as well as beach towels and other useful beach essentials available for guests. Daniela and the team continued to be warm, friendly and helpful throughout my stay. It genuinely felt like a home away from home. The location is excellent too – close to the centre, beach, shops and restaurants, while the hotel itself still has a lovely peaceful and personal feel. I would absolutely choose the terrace room again.

The room is on the third floor and there is no lift, so it is a longer climb up the stairs, particularly with luggage. However, for me the benefits of the room and that wonderful terrace far outweighed the extra stairs. Once I was settled in, it really wasn’t an issue.

I was very happy staying at this hotel. Location is amazingly good, close to everything (including public transportation), facility in very good condition, very clean, quiet but close to the city “noise”, with friendly and helpful staff. It is a two-star hotel, without bells or whistles, no restaurant, no elevator. That can deter or be unsuitable for some but I was perfectly fine with it.

There was a slight disrepair in the window screen.

Although the hosts were contactable by WhatsApp, the personal touch was missing.
