I like the hotel because it was on the beach the front desk was very sweet even offer me welcome drinks which was hot 90 degrees and they even give me tour the property mr renz the breakfast staff always so engaged in guest service treat me like if I was a guest of his own home always kind and friendly and Leo was kind at the reception desk and mr Raymond the bellman man came quickly to get my luggage

I feel like the room rate i paid for was not worth the 1,100 dollars I paid even though i got a little upgrade for the beach view but I feel like that for that rate I should be in a suite room o hope next time they can put me in thw big suite room.

Everything from the ambiance , the white powdery sandy beach , the food , staff and all the facilities plus the door to door service from the airport to the boat to the hotel and back .
