The location, the breakfast and the ladies cooking breakfast were great.
The staff doesn't speak English and communicating is really hard. The rooms lack air and the lights are so soft you hardly can open your door without a flashlight

Just a recommendation to improve the shower head as it couldn’t be hung. Breakfast was quite simple

The location of the hotel is excellent, really centric: next to the main street full of restaurants, commerce, tourist agencies for booking activities, souvenir shops and access to taxis and bus station, you can easily walk to some recommended view points and some touristic places like the Goreme Open-air museum,
I wouldn't recommend to book any activities or airport transfer with them. I booked an airport shared shuttle to he hotel on my arrival but there was nobody there to pick me up, luckily I could drive back with another shuttle I found at the airport that had capacity. I booked the "Green tour" with them and agreed by mail on a 60EUR price (although all the agencies around them were selling exactly the same tour with hotel pickup + lunch + entrances to places at 45EUR), but then when I went to pay the young guy at the reception told me that he was "very sorry" but the price changed to 70EUR. The communication in English was perfect by mail but once there in person all communication has to be done by Google translate: you speak-to/write-on the phone and Google will do the translation between Turkish and English which is OK for short communications but painful if you need to have a longer discussion. I believe for the price I paid the breakfast could have been a bit better without having to spend a fortune on it. At the end I stayed 1 night less but even though I released the room 1h before their checkout time (11 AM) they refused to reimburse me the cost of that extra night that I already paid.
