Perfect location, lovely staff, good buffet breakfast and nice room.
We didn’t have hot water in the shower (no biggie for us as it was quite hot weather anyway)

I gave plenty notice saying that my children will require two separate beds, instead they were given a double bed. I had to ask what alternative we had as they are teenagers and cannot sleep together. They put a small spare bed in middle of room which left the children little room to move around. Our bed bases were hard old wood with no protective covering. My husband was left with a nasty tear in his leg due to hitting side of bed. The decks are small and narrow with no seats to sit outside. The breakfast selection was poor and food was cold daily. The place where you order eggs is hidden, so did not know we can order eggs until half way through our trip. The egg station needs to be moved near the food, not near the coffee machine. People hoarded the deck chairs all day. No staff to move their towels after a certain time. Other Hotels have a rules, however not this place. Did not see a lift. Overall ok stay and appreciated the pick up and drop off to the ferry.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was close to the beach, restaurants and the ferry. The pool was fantastic . It was also close to the supermarket and pharmacy. Taxis readily available. The gardens are nicely maintained
There was no hot water in the bathroom hand basin. You need to run the shower for about three minutes to get hot water. The water in the shower just trickles out. The sliding doors onto the balcony have a large gap between them when closed. The building and rooms are a little bit tired.
