This property is right on the beach! I even think there is no other private property anywhere near that offers that luxury. You have a covered terrace that offers you the much needed shade now and then! There is a sink, cooker and fridge outside so you could easily self cater; all amenities such as plates, glasses, pans and crockery are present.
Nothing beats sitting in that area and enjoy the morning sun with a cup of coffee or a cocktail as the sun goes down! The sun sets right in front of you!!We will really miss that little routine.
I would suggest to the owner to update it and de-clutter. Small rooms are filled with old furniture and there is an overload of furniture you’ll never use, but we kept the door to that area shut so it really didn’t bother us. A refresh is needed in the bathroom also. People new to Bali and its neighbouring islands might get a wrong first impression (also because the acces path is a bit of an eye opener)but believe me; it is an amazing place to be and you will not regret having booked it for 1 second. Especially when compared to other properties, homestays and hotels.

Good location right on the beach and very comfortable bed
Our water stopped working (toilet flush, shower, and sink). We reported the issue around 4pm and were told it was being fixed, but when we returned later that evening it still hadn’t been resolved. As we were travelling with a sleeping baby, we couldn’t have anyone come to repair it overnight and had to go without water until the following morning (we had no water for around 18 hours in total).
Nomad Holidays offered only a small compensation, which didn’t reflect the level of inconvenience, and the issue was poorly managed by the site manager.
The kettle in our room didn’t work properly - it kept boiling continuously and never switched off, which could be a fire hazard. There was also a drinking water tower placed in our room, but it was broken and leaked all over the floor. It was removed after a few days, and we were provided with bottled water instead.
Additionally, the doors have large gaps allowing insects to enter - not ideal in a country with mosquito-borne diseases, especially when travelling with a baby. The beds are also very high, which could be difficult for shorter guests or anyone with mobility issues.
