Location was good, the bedroom and bathroom were clean and the bed was comfortable.
There was a sign outside the room saying they won a booking.com award in 2017 but it must have deteriorated since then. The strange sliding toilet door offered no privacy and kept coming off it's rollers, there was water damage by the window and although we asked for an early check-in and it was agreed we still had to wait for an hour for the room to be ready.
